* Spearhead compliance with Bangladesh labor law and regulations, ensuring a deep understanding of relevant rules and standards. * Architect and execute internal social compliance audits, while also facilitating seamless third-party audits. * Drive the implementation and maintenance of fire safety, building safety, and emergency preparedness systems to ensure a secure work environment. * Identify and mitigate potential risks through thorough assessments, and design safety drills, training sessions, and awareness programs to promote workplace safety and hygiene. * Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, including audit reports, corrective action plans, and policies. * Coordinate and support buyer audits, such as BSCI, SEDEX, GRS, RCS, Higg FEM/FSLM, and Better Work, with a focus on effective corrective action plan implementation. * Manage accurate records of compliance performance, audit findings, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Design and deliver training programs for employees and management on compliance, ethics, and workplace standards, promoting a culture of accountability. * Foster a work environment that prioritizes workers' rights, anti-harassment policies, health, and safety protocols, through targeted awareness campaigns. * Collaborate on updating and maintaining legal and statutory documents, ensuring regulatory adherence. * Execute special compliance-related projects and tasks as assigned by management, driving business excellence and integrity.
