* Spearhead projects from concept to completion, driving design excellence and ensuring timely delivery across multiple disciplines. * Architect and deliver comprehensive design solutions, including concept development, planning, elevation, and detailed working drawings. * Leverage expertise in 3D visualization and visual presentation to create compelling designs and production drawings that captivate clients. * Navigate complex regulatory landscapes, applying in-depth knowledge of RAJUK, Cantonment Board, City Corporation, and other relevant rules and regulations. * Develop and present technical proposals and presentations to clients, securing approval and buy-in for design concepts. * Drive project execution, conducting regular site visits to ensure construction aligns with architectural plans and providing detailed layouts for accurate estimation and execution. * Harness the power of AI to optimize design processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall quality. * Foster collaboration and coordination across multidisciplinary teams, including Interior Design, MEP, Structural, and Landscape, to ensure seamless project delivery. * Analyze and optimize architectural designs, identifying opportunities to add value, improve functionality, and elevate design quality. * Provide technical oversight, performing site inspections to guarantee construction meets approved design standards. * Develop and implement innovative architectural standards and policies, driving departmental growth, efficiency, and cost reduction. * Conduct feasibility studies and research, evaluating project viability through market trend analysis, regulatory compliance, and emerging construction technology assessment.
