Junior Architect/Draftsman

* Spearhead the creation of precise architectural and structural shop drawings, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Lead Architects, Structural and MEP engineers. * Drive compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications, leveraging in-depth knowledge of RAJUK, Cantonment Board, City Corporation, and other regulatory frameworks. * Architect detailed technical drawings using CAD, incorporating feedback from site visits, comments, and revisions to ensure accuracy and precision. * Partner with Engineers and Architects to develop construction-ready drawings, providing technical expertise and support to facilitate project delivery. * Manage the documentation lifecycle, from initial schematic layouts to final 'As-Built' drawings, ensuring zero-clash coordination across disciplines and maintaining meticulous records, version control, and drawing registers. * Facilitate timely delivery of drawings by coordinating with design and site teams, clarifying requirements, and addressing queries to ensure project milestones are met. * Lead the preparation of as-built drawings and related documentation, ensuring that all project stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information. * Embrace a flexible approach, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities, and undertaking additional tasks as assigned by management to drive project success.
