Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic pricing strategies that fuel revenue expansion. • Spearhead client acquisition efforts by leveraging market research, building relationships, and showcasing company offerings to secure new business partnerships. • Architect financial solutions by analyzing industry trends, assessing client needs, and recommending tailored loan packages and services that meet their requirements. • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline by forecasting sales, timing closures, and predicting revenue to ensure consistent growth and performance. • Lead the sales team in promoting company products and services, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences. • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs, including budget planning, performance monitoring, and material design for web and print platforms. • Craft and implement targeted sales action plans that address market needs, align with business objectives, and drive client engagement and retention. • Design and implement a comprehensive business expansion plan that broadens the company's customer base, increases market share, and solidifies its industry position.
