Associate-Finance

* Spearhead financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all IACHT project transactions, aligned with organizational and donor requirements. * Oversee compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, including IFRSs, IASs, and national legislation, to maintain impeccable financial integrity. * Validate supporting documents to guarantee precise payment processing and adherence to financial protocols. * Drive payroll efficiency, calculating and deducting Advance Income Tax (AIT) in accordance with statutory obligations. * Collaborate on the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as donor reports, to provide actionable insights under supervision. * Facilitate the preparation and submission of regulatory forms (FD-1 to FD-7) to the NGO Affairs Bureau, ensuring seamless compliance with registration, reporting, and authorization requirements. * Analyze and present financial data to empower the Finance Team with informed decision-making capabilities. * Monitor and maintain accurate financial records, tracking project performance and status to optimize financial outcomes. * Assist in preparing audit documentation and responding to audit queries, ensuring prompt implementation of recommendations. * Develop and track expenditure reports, conducting basic variance analysis to inform effective financial control and monitoring. * Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager, contributing to the team's overall success and objectives.
