Deputy Manager, Business Analyst

* Drive strategic growth by evaluating SBU performance and recommending data-driven actions to management. * Conduct in-depth profitability analysis of top 200 brands, including cash group PAT, to inform business decisions. * Analyze the liquidity of top and bottom 15 brands based on PBT, identifying areas for improvement. * Manage budget integration into monthly and year-to-date management accounts, providing detailed opex information and variance analysis to support management decision-making. * Develop and maintain portfolio P/L statements, including cause-and-effect analysis, to enable informed management decisions. * Architect and implement efficient data management systems and processes, ensuring timely support for management decisions. * Lead the development of 5-year business plans, including profitability and cash flow projections, to drive business growth. * Design and maintain monthly databases for brand, district, and division performance evaluation, enabling data-driven insights. * Collaborate with management to identify and prioritize additional responsibilities and projects, driving continuous improvement and growth.
