Relationship Manager- Retail Division (Home Loan/Auto Loan)

* Drive business growth by achieving monthly Retail Division targets for Home Loans and Auto Loans, expanding the company's portfolio and increasing market share. * Lead the development of loan projections, tracking progress, and presenting performance reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions. * Foster strategic partnerships through daily visits to corporate offices, real estate developers, and car vendors, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales. * Manage documentation processes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines to maintain operational efficiency. * Collaborate with CRM and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service experiences, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Architect cross-selling strategies to promote SFIL Finance PLC's diverse product range, including Deposit products and Corporate & SME loans, to existing customers. * Design and execute promotional activities to attract new customers, increasing brand visibility and driving business acquisition.
