Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the design and delivery of a seamless, luxury client experience across all touchpoints, from initial contact to project completion and beyond. * Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive, empathetic, and professional communication, serving as their primary point of contact. * Drive collaboration across Sales, Design, and Execution teams to ensure smooth handovers, timely project updates, and exceptional client satisfaction. * Champion service quality by monitoring every stage of the client journey, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to elevate the overall experience. * Collect and act on client feedback to inform service improvements, drive referrals, and nurture long-term relationships, while resolving complaints efficiently and effectively. * Develop and maintain a client experience strategy that showcases the brand's premium values, ensuring timely responses, professional behavior, and high-quality presentations. * Analyze key performance indicators, including Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT), client retention, referral generation, and complaint resolution time, to optimize the client experience and drive business growth. * Architect a robust after-sales support framework, focused on building trust, loyalty, and advocacy among clients, and converting satisfied customers into brand ambassadors.
