Key Responsibilities
* Drive customer engagement through multi-channel communication, including WhatsApp, SMS, and online platforms, to deliver rapid responses and seamless follow-ups.
* Lead sales conversion efforts by managing and nurturing leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, and fostering business growth.
* Architect and execute support for marketing campaigns, spanning SMS, email, and promotional activities, to amplify brand reach and impact.
* Collaborate with the sales team to streamline customer handling, order processing, and overall customer experience.
* Analyze and interpret customer data to inform strategic decisions, preparing periodic reports that highlight key trends and insights.
* Champion customer satisfaction and retention, implementing initiatives that enhance loyalty and drive long-term growth.
* Identify and address customer pain points, recommending process improvements that elevate the overall customer experience and propel business success.
