Project Officer- RACE

* Drive the implementation of project activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of humanitarian and development programs that address the needs of vulnerable people. * Collaborate with the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) and other stakeholders to design and execute project plans, aligning with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) principles and objectives. * Lead the coordination of project activities, fostering strong partnerships with local communities, National Societies, and other organizations to maximize impact and reach. * Manage project resources, including budget and personnel, to ensure efficient and effective use of assets and alignment with IFRC's zero-tolerance policy on misconduct and strict child safeguarding principles. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, community leaders, and other humanitarian organizations, to facilitate project implementation and promote the IFRC's mission and values. * Architect project monitoring and evaluation frameworks, tracking progress and outcomes to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. * Drive capacity-building initiatives, providing training and support to local partners and stakeholders to enhance their ability to respond to humanitarian needs and promote community resilience. * Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and integrity, ensuring that all project activities are conducted in accordance with IFRC's fundamental principles and code of conduct.
