* Spearhead production operations, leveraging experience to drive efficiency and excellence. * Champion cGMP compliance across all section activities, ensuring immaculate production areas and meticulous product and batch changeover procedures. * Orchestrate production activities in alignment with scheduled workflows, optimizing productivity and resource allocation. * Develop and execute daily and periodic production programs, calibrated to monthly production targets. * Analyze and optimize productivity, capacity utilization, and manpower development to inform data-driven decisions. * Maintain rigorous documentation standards, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Production Records (BPR). * Adapt to evolving production needs, tackling additional tasks and responsibilities as required to ensure seamless operations.
