Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and implementation of inclusive services and opportunities for human capital development and livelihood, focusing on vulnerable populations in Chattogram Division.
* Drive the reduction of extreme poverty and gender-based violence by leveraging data-driven insights and collaborative partnerships with government agencies, UNFPA, and other stakeholders.
* Architect and manage programs that promote survivor-centered services, comprehensive policy frameworks, and strengthened intervention mechanisms to address the needs of widows, divorced women, and separated women.
* Lead the enhancement of One Stop Crisis Centers and Cells, ensuring alignment with international standards for GBV case management, psychosocial counseling, referral systems, and data management.
* Foster partnerships among government ministries, UNFPA, and other organizations to improve access to multi-sectoral GBV response services, promoting a culture of collaboration and coordination.
* Manage and analyze data to inform program development, track progress, and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that services are tailored to meet the unique needs of women and girls in Chattogram Division.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness and utilization of GBV services, addressing the gap in reporting and disclosure of GBV incidents, and promoting a culture of safety, confidentiality, and support.
* Drive policy and advocacy efforts to address the root causes of GBV and promote gender equality, leveraging the findings of the 2024 Violence Against Women survey and other research to inform evidence-based decision-making.
* Oversee the provision of training and capacity-building programs for service providers, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality, survivor-centered services that meet the needs of women and girls in Chattogram Division.

Education
- Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Psychology
- Master of Social Science (MSS) in Psychology
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in psychology
