Senior/ Service Engineer (YAMAHA)

* Lead after-sales service operations across multiple Yamaha service centers, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to standards. * Architect training programs for technicians, providing expert guidance to elevate service quality and meet Yamaha's stringent benchmarks. * Drive spare parts sales growth by managing dealer/retail shop networks, monitoring inventory, and optimizing availability to meet sales targets. * Manage and resolve critical customer complaints, leveraging feedback to inform corrective actions and boost Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. * Develop and execute targeted service campaigns to increase spare parts sales, re-engage lost customers, and foster brand loyalty. * Analyze and interpret after-sales service data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance overall performance. * Collaborate with head office teams to coordinate technician training, spare parts supply chain management, and streamlined billing processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
