Consultant/Specialist (Pediatric)

* Drive the delivery of high-quality pediatric care services at SMC Diagnostic and Consultation Centre, Khulna, as a part-time Pediatric Specialist. * Lead outpatient consultations and treatments for pediatric patients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. * Architect and implement effective treatment plans, leveraging expertise in pediatrics to address the unique needs of patients. * Manage a 3-hour evening shift, 6 days a week (excluding Fridays), to provide specialized care to patients from 6 pm daily. * Foster a culture of patient-centric care, prioritizing satisfaction and ensuring seamless interactions with medical and non-medical staff. * Contribute to the overall success of SMC's health and family planning programs, aligning with the organization's mission and values. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders, driving a positive and supportive work environment. * Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices in pediatrics, applying knowledge to continuously improve service quality and patient outcomes.
