Project Manager

* Spearhead stakeholder management by fostering strong client relationships through timely delivery, effective communication, and transparent progress updates. * Drive project execution by developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, scope statements, and resource allocation strategies. * Lead cross-functional teams by assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve project objectives. * Manage project risks by identifying potential delays, developing contingency plans, and escalating concerns to relevant stakeholders. * Architect project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization plans to ensure optimal allocation and minimal waste. * Oversee project monitoring and control by maintaining accurate records, updating project management tools (e.g., JIRA), and ensuring data-driven decision-making. * Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth project handovers, and with functional teams (e.g., Development, SQA, Solution Design) to communicate project scope, requirements, and expectations. * Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards by tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. * Develop and maintain project documentation, including inception reports, project learning documents, and monitoring reports, to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. * Ensure adherence to standard processes and procedures, and raise concerns or deviations to relevant stakeholders to maintain quality and compliance.
