Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Inventory Management

* Spearhead goods receiving activities, verifying LC packing lists and addressing shortages or damage with CNF agents and senior management. * Manage Goods Receiving Notes (GRNs) from diverse ports and vendors, ensuring seamless reporting to senior management. * Drive inbound logistics efficiency by conducting thorough vehicle inspections before unloading, optimizing capacity utilization, and providing regular delivery updates. * Conduct rigorous physical stock counts on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, reconciling findings with ERP software and reporting to senior management. * Architect efficient goods distribution systems, leveraging First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and Last-In-First-Out (LIFO) methods to minimize inventory turnover. * Optimize warehouse storage capacity, ensuring products are stored safely and securely to prevent damage and deterioration. * Lead product distribution efforts, ensuring timely delivery based on invoices and Transport Orders (TROUTs), and providing updates to senior management. * Ensure rapid product delivery within a four-hour lead time to all stakeholders, while maintaining meticulous records to prevent mismatches. * Streamline courier booking processes for external dealers, adhering to invoice specifications and maximizing vehicle capacity during loading. * Oversee and maintain comprehensive documentation, including packing lists, GRNs, invoices, and other critical records.
