* Spearhead the processing of LC and amendment applications, ensuring adherence to UCPDC, GFET, and organizational policies. * Drive revenue growth by accurately calculating and realizing charges, commissions, and margins in accordance with sanction advice and schedule of charges. * Manage data integrity by inputting precise transaction details into the CBS/T24 system. * Facilitate seamless communication with clients by transmitting SWIFT messages, verifying acknowledgment status, and sharing LC/amendment copies. * Architect a robust document management system, maintaining meticulous filing, stamping, and cancellation markings. * Provide exceptional client service by responding promptly to queries, identifying and reporting discrepancies or suspicious cases, and ensuring compliance with guidelines, SOPs, and management directives.
