Executive/Sr. Executive - System Operations (Yamaha Service)

* Spearhead the optimization of Yamaha's digital service platforms, ensuring seamless system operations and timely technical support to drive business growth. * Collaborate with MIS and IT teams to monitor and enhance the performance of service-related digital tools, identifying opportunities to boost capacity, stability, and overall performance. * Architect and implement app features, upgrades, and releases, while driving user adoption and tracking bugs to ensure a seamless user experience. * Drive digital innovation by identifying improvement opportunities, developing requirements, and maintaining a service digital roadmap with clear timelines and priorities. * Oversee the performance of the DMS service module, ensuring data accuracy, resolving user issues, and coordinating with MIS/IT teams and software vendors to troubleshoot problems. * Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and CSI trends to identify root causes, develop solutions, and ensure timely resolution and closure with dealers and internal teams. * Develop and maintain informative dashboards and reports to track dealer service performance, KPIs, and management insights, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. * Lead market visits to ensure customer satisfaction, monitor business objective achievement, and identify areas for improvement to drive business success.
