Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Sales Coordination)

• Drive sales team performance by monitoring daily activities, tracking progress, and analyzing results to optimize outcomes. • Lead CRM management, ensuring seamless updates and data accuracy to inform sales strategies. • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Oversee sales team operations, including attendance tracking, sales movement monitoring, and performance evaluation. • Architect and implement effective sales collection processes, coordinating with the sales team to meet payment targets and minimize overdue payments. • Develop and maintain accurate records of sales bookings, dues, and collections, and take corrective action on returned cheques and payments. • Foster a culture of timely payment collections, following up with clients and sales personnel to ensure seamless transactions. • Create and submit comprehensive daily sales reports, including targets, achievements, and forecasts, to inform management decisions. • Design and distribute sales support materials, such as project brochures and product lists, to equip the sales team with the latest information. • Craft internal communications, including notes and circulars, to keep the sales department informed and aligned with company objectives. • Generate ad-hoc sales reports and analytics to support management's strategic decision-making. • Execute special projects and tasks as assigned by management to drive sales team success and contribute to organizational growth.
