Finishing Manager

• Spearhead finishing operations, driving excellence in thread cutting, trimming, washing, ironing, inspection, and packing to ensure seamless execution. • Champion shipment readiness, adhering to T&A plans and buyer compliance standards to guarantee timely delivery. • Architect quality control processes, implementing rigorous inline, pre-final, and final inspections to uphold exceptional standards. • Analyze daily finishing output, efficiency, and DHU, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions to optimize performance. • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, IE, and Merchandising, to resolve finishing-related issues and drive business growth. • Drive the implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and compliance requirements, ensuring a culture of adherence and accountability. • Lead, develop, and empower the finishing team, comprising supervisors, iron men, checkers, and packers, to unlock their full potential. • Navigate buyer audits, third-party inspections, and compliance requirements with confidence, ensuring a positive reputation and minimal risk. • Develop and maintain robust documentation and reporting systems, providing real-time insights into finishing performance and shipment status. • Optimize resource allocation, maximizing the utilization of manpower, machines, and resources to drive efficiency and minimize waste.
