* Spearhead the development of critical documentation, including recipes, evaluation sheets, and stability certificates, to ensure compliance with ICH and WHO guidelines for new product submissions to regulatory authorities. * Oversee and manage stability studies, maintaining meticulous records of real-time and accelerated data, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of analytical reports and raw data. * Architect and validate analytical methods for non-compendial products, driving the development of innovative testing protocols for DTL submissions. * Drive the execution of routine and non-routine analytical tasks, prioritizing timely completion to facilitate seamless formulation and new product development. * Lead the validation process for lab batches and pilot batches of new products, ensuring prospective and retrospective validation protocols are in place to guarantee product quality and regulatory compliance.
