* Drive environmental, occupational health, and safety programs by registering information, executing preventive and corrective actions, and monitoring workplace inspections. * Lead compliance with occupational health and safety goals, objectives, and ISO 45001 requirements, providing the EHS head with complete and updated information. * Manage Enablon parameters effectively, ensuring timely data entry, record-keeping, and validation within stipulated timelines. * Support the update of the incident management system database and monitor action plans for corporate and external audits, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. * Guide employees on safe work procedures, proper PPE use, and collaborate on developing safe work procedures. * Track and record work permits, including hot work, height, confined space, and lifting permits. * Identify and report dangerous situations, stopping work when necessary to protect employees, the public, facilities, or equipment. * Participate in plant brigades, coordinate training and retraining, and provide support for incident research, recording, and monitoring. * Ensure follow-up on emergency response inspections, preventing repeat findings and coordinating fire extinguisher maintenance and other safety elements. * Coordinate Housekeeping programs, including programming, monitoring, and presenting findings and results to area responsible personnel. * Organize annual HS training, including programming, logistics, and material preparation. * Develop and manage departmental requisitions, ensuring timely and orderly record-keeping. * Coordinate HS induction for new staff, services, access providers, and departmental visits. * Conduct ergonomic risk analyses as required. * Perform other operation-related functions as indicated by the immediate Supervisor.
