• Drive quality control initiatives by conducting thorough sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure compliance with approved specifications and SOPs. • Architect and execute complex analytical tests, including physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses, such as HPLC, UV, FTIR, dissolution, and assay, to guarantee product integrity. • Champion regulatory adherence by ensuring all testing procedures align with cGMP, GLP, ICH, WHO, and DGDA guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. • Manage and maintain precise records, including batch records and test results, to facilitate seamless audits and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address deviations. • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including PD and Production, to troubleshoot process issues, optimize consistency, and enhance overall product quality. • Lead coordination efforts with Production, QA, and PD teams to ensure unified quality objectives and standards, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections, providing timely and effective responses to observations and recommendations to maintain a state of readiness and compliance.
