Key Responsibilities
* Drive project implementation, ensuring seamless execution and achieving desired outcomes
* Foster strong partnerships with donor organizations and stakeholders, maintaining open communication and ensuring compliance with donor requirements
* Provide technical expertise, capacity building, and guidance to partners, ensuring high-quality program delivery and impact
* Lead a team of senior officers, offering regular technical support and supervision to ensure effective project execution
* Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure responsive delivery of results
* Develop and deliver high-quality reports to stakeholders, including members and donors, highlighting project achievements and impact
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including parents, caregivers, community members, and government officials, to ensure smooth project coordination and advocacy efforts
* Architect and implement advocacy initiatives, promoting the organization's mission and values
* Manage and supervise the development of project work plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
* Ensure program quality, monitoring, and supervision, driving continuous improvement and excellence in project delivery

Education
- Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Work, Public Administration, Development Studies
- Master of Law (LLM)
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Law, Public Administration, Development Studies, or other relevant social science disciplines
Additional
- Experience in managing programs, engaging with children and community members, leading community mobilization, strengthening child protection systems, and implementing awareness-raising and advocacy activities
- Experience in managing program/projects with child labour interventions
- Participatory program planning, management, monitoring and evaluation within a development NGO or an INGO
- Experience in child rights focus projects, advocacy and research
- Experience in managing partnerships with government, NGOs, and community-based organizations
- Strong working knowledge of child rights and child protection issues in Bangladesh
- Technical understanding of child labour issues
- Familiarity with national policies, community structures, and relevant government mechanisms
- Strong skills in planning and organizing, information technology, analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, financial management, and results-oriented work
- Ability to work with children respectfully and with dignity, demonstrating a flexible, inclusive, and non-judgmental attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work confidently in English, including communication, documentation, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders
