Key Responsibilities

* Foster inclusive partnerships with diverse organizations, driving collaborative efforts to achieve shared goals. * Spearhead the development and implementation of work plans, providing technical guidance and capacity-building support to partners. * Champion program quality, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders, including parents, caregivers, community members, government agencies, and other key players. * Drive advocacy initiatives, promoting the organization's mission and values to create lasting impact. * Lead monitoring and evaluation efforts, tracking project progress and generating regular reports to inform strategic decision-making. * Collaborate with the Project Manager, providing timely updates and insights to optimize project outcomes. * Embed a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, reflecting the organization's commitment to equal employment opportunities and representation of the communities served.

Requirements

Education

  • Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Work, Public Administration, Development Studies
  • Master of Law (LLM)
  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Law, Public Administration, Development Studies, or other relevant social science disciplines

Additional

  • At least 4 years of progressively responsible professional work experience within a development NGO or an INGO
  • Experience in working with child labour interventions
  • Experience in providing training
  • Experience in managing and working with government, NGOs, and community-based organizations
  • Good knowledge of child rights and child protection issues in Bangladesh
  • Familiarity with national policies, community structures, and relevant government mechanisms
  • Ability to work with children respectfully and with dignity, demonstrating a flexible, inclusive, and non-judgmental attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in English, including communication, documentation, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders
