Consultant - Neonatologist

* Drive the delivery of high-quality newborn care in a humanitarian camp setting, focusing on neonatal and child health, and ensuring adherence to national and humanitarian health standards. * Lead the Special Care Newborn Unit (SCANU) and child health department, providing technical and operational expertise to ensure standardized care for sick and premature infants. * Architect and implement evidence-based clinical protocols, monitoring clinical outcomes and ensuring optimal service delivery. * Manage and oversee neonatal equipment and resources, ensuring functionality and readiness for emergency and routine care. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including obstetricians, nurses, midwives, and other clinical staff, to drive exceptional patient care across inpatient, emergency, delivery, and outpatient areas. * Develop and mentor the neonatal care team, providing guidance and capacity building to ensure optimal service delivery and high-quality care. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Senior Medical Officer and SCANU in-charge, to drive service excellence and achieve program goals.
