Officer - MEAL

* Drive the implementation of a comprehensive MEAL system across projects, ensuring compliance with Save the Children International standards and procedures. * Lead the development and management of data collection tools, training programs, and supervision of data collectors to guarantee high-quality project data. * Architect and maintain the MEAL database, troubleshoot technical issues, and analyze data at key intervals to inform project decisions. * Manage the project management information system, ensuring data integrity and quality benchmarks are met. * Deliver capacity-building initiatives through training and workshops for project staff, providing ongoing technical assistance on MEAL best practices. * Collaborate with the Coordinator-MEAL to craft monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Country Office, donors, and other stakeholders, showcasing project progress and impact. * Foster a culture of accountability and learning within the project, promoting the use of data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes. * Support knowledge management processes, identifying opportunities to strengthen MEAL systems and share best practices across the organization.
