MEAL Officer

* Drive the development of specialized evaluation tools, including surveys, FGD guides, and KIIs, to measure protection indicators and meet donor requirements. * Architect and implement a comprehensive MEAL framework, incorporating quantitative and qualitative data collection methods to inform project decisions. * Lead the design and execution of baseline, midline, and endline assessments for protection projects, ensuring high-quality data collection and analysis. * Establish and monitor quality benchmarks to ensure protection services meet international minimum standards, driving continuous improvement and accountability. * Manage and maintain the Accountability Tracker, supervising the Accountability Officer to ensure timely registration and response to community feedback within a 7-day window. * Foster a culture of transparency and accountability, overseeing the implementation of the CFRM, suggestion boxes, hotlines, and help desks in accordance with the BRCR Accountability Handbook. * Develop and maintain Digital Information Management systems and mobile data collection tools, collaborating with the MIS team to enhance data management and analysis capabilities. * Conduct regular field visits to verify activity quality, identify gaps, and maintain a comprehensive Field Visit Tracker, informing project adjustments and improvements. * Facilitate cross-functional coordination, providing technical support and guidance to project teams, and ensuring that monitoring activities are integrated into the project lifecycle. * Generate high-quality MEAL reports and evidence-based briefs, providing actionable insights to support project implementation, donor requirements, and humanitarian standards. * Build the capacity of project staff, providing training and mentorship to enhance their skills in MEAL, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
