Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead a high-performing call center team, driving exceptional customer experiences and achieving performance targets.
* Foster a motivated and skilled team through effective supervision, coaching, and development opportunities.
* Champion adherence to company policies, scripts, and service standards, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
* Analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to management.
* Resolve complex customer issues efficiently, turning complaints into opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Partner with the recruitment team to identify and onboard top talent, ensuring a smooth transition into the call center team.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes, enhance service quality, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
* Architect and execute sales strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets, leveraging inbound and outbound calls to promote courses.
* Build lasting customer relationships, driving repeat business and loyalty through personalized interactions and tailored solutions.
* Manage and maintain accurate customer data within the CRM/database, ensuring a single source of truth for customer insights and preferences.
