* Lead doctor-patient interactions, providing exceptional chairside assistance during advanced aesthetic and laser procedures, including Laser Hair Removal, HydraFacial, and Pico Laser Skin Rejuvenation. * Drive seamless treatment experiences by preparing clients for procedures, ensuring they are properly informed and comfortable throughout the process. * Manage phlebotomy and IV support tasks, including blood draws and IV drip administration, under the supervision of medical professionals, while prioritizing client safety and adhering to strict protocols. * Architect efficient clinic workflows by setting up treatment rooms, organizing instruments and supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized environment that meets the highest standards of hygiene and sterilization. * Champion infection control and safety protocols, handling clinical waste, tools, and disposables with care, and reporting any irregularities or concerns promptly to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. * Develop and maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment details, before/after notes, and session support information, while upholding the confidentiality of client information. * Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless daily operations, providing support with device handling, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and reporting any technical issues or malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime. * Foster a culture of excellence, adhering to the highest professional standards, and maintaining a client-centric approach that prioritizes exceptional care, comfort, and satisfaction. * Support the clinical team in maintaining a safe, disciplined, and professional environment, adhering to established protocols and guidelines, and contributing to the overall success of the aesthetic and wellness center.
