Key Responsibilities

* Drive exceptional customer experiences through professional inbound and outbound call handling, ensuring seamless issue resolution and timely query response. * Deliver accurate and concise product information, empowering customers to make informed decisions about company offerings. * Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and poise, adhering to call quality standards and communication scripts. * Spearhead sales growth and service excellence by meeting daily and weekly targets, while maintaining meticulous call logs and customer records. * Foster strong customer relationships through active listening, polite communication, and proactive issue resolution, promoting a positive company image and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals, while adhering to supervisor instructions and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive customer data and company information. * Optimize customer interactions by leveraging market insights, staying up-to-date on product knowledge, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience. * Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude, and contributing to a culture of excellence within the customer care team.
