Executive - Planning, Monitoring & Control (Textile Division), Gazipur

• Spearhead booking verification, ensuring accuracy and completeness of details from PMC via ERP. • Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D and Lab to confirm development and SP bookings, approvals, and submission status. • Architect PP meetings with merchants and production teams to identify potential risks and facilitate seamless execution. • Lead material planning, monitoring yarn in-house status with Supply Chain, and aligning material availability with T&A to prevent delays. • Develop and disseminate monthly production plans for fabric delivery, knitting, and dyeing, while tracking weekly OTT performance. • Design and implement batch plans for dyeing and finishing to optimize production flow and capacity utilization. • Facilitate interdepartmental issue resolution, supporting commercial decisions and ensuring prompt production issue mitigation. • Champion on-time delivery, closely monitoring knitting, dyeing, and finishing progress to achieve OTT and OTD targets. • Optimize resource allocation, managing yarn and fabric stock, minimizing wastage, analyzing process loss, and driving profitability enhancement.
