Consumer Activation Coordinator

* Spearhead the BA and Supervisor team, driving high-performance outcomes and field activation excellence across Bangladesh. * Oversee and track daily field activities of BAs and supervisors, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. * Foster a culture of excellence through regular team grooming sessions, coaching, and mentoring to enhance overall performance. * Architect and lead daily/weekly meetings to facilitate seamless coordination, task delegation, and alignment. * Drive supervisor growth by analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending targeted solutions. * Utilize live location tracking and mobile apps to monitor team movement, optimize routes, and ensure operational efficiency. * Develop and submit comprehensive field reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. * Conduct regular field visits to assess operations, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions. * Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training of BAs and supervisors, ensuring a high-performing team. * Boost team motivation and retention through performance evaluations, recognition, and rewards. * Analyze daily reports to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and propose data-driven improvements. * Gather and report competitor intelligence to the central team, informing market strategies and initiatives. * Collaborate with the Trade team to share market insights, ensure alignment with central team objectives, and drive business growth. * Execute official instructions and directives, ensuring seamless integration with organizational goals and objectives.
