RIGGER-TUV (ZAMIL SHIPYARD ,SAUDI ARABIA)

* Lead mooring and unmooring operations for ships on floating docks and jetties, ensuring seamless execution. * Drive ship maneuvering by executing pilot and dock master instructions with precision and accuracy. * Architect and oversee the safe relocation of heavy machines, equipment, and structural parts by directing crane operations and rigging teams. * Develop and implement effective lifting arrangements, selecting the right equipment and techniques for each operation. * Manage and monitor the condition of lifting gear, reporting any damage or issues promptly to prevent accidents. * Collaborate with the Team Leader to ensure all duties are performed with certified gear and in accordance with established protocols. * Implement and adhere to departmental policies, processes, and procedures to maintain consistency and control in all operations. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, driving sustainability, productivity, and cost reduction while meeting global standards. * Assist in preparing timely and accurate reports, statements, and quality standards to meet departmental requirements. * Champion health and safety protocols, maintaining awareness of relevant rules and ensuring safe working practices. * Develop and maintain expertise in the use of assigned tools and equipment, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies.
