* Drive surface preparation by utilizing techniques such as sand papering, sand blasting, and pressure washing to achieve a clean surface, while adhering to health and safety protocols. * Apply coating systems using spray equipment, brushes, and rollers, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines to meet customer specifications and expectations. * Champion adherence to departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure controlled and consistent work execution. * Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and practices, focusing on global standards, productivity, and cost reduction. * Collaborate in the development of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies, and quality standards. * Prioritize health and safety by maintaining awareness of relevant rules and guidelines, ensuring safe working practices are observed and upheld. * Master the use of assigned tools and equipment, maintaining competence to efficiently execute tasks and responsibilities.
