* Lead the allocation of welders based on their expertise and certifications, ensuring optimal distribution and utilization of skills. * Architect efficient welding sequences to minimize deformation caused by heat, maximizing product quality and integrity. * Manage the setup and allocation of equipment and tools, including machines, cables, holders, smoke masks, and ovens, to support welders in their tasks. * Drive productivity by monitoring the welding process, addressing challenges, and providing support to welders as needed to ensure seamless operations. * Conduct thorough visual inspections and reviews to verify welding quality, identify defects, and implement repairs to meet QC standards. * Facilitate the QC marking process, ensuring all necessary markings are completed accurately and efficiently to secure QC acceptance. * Champion a safety-first culture by maintaining awareness of and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations, promoting safe working practices and a hazard-free environment.
