Key Responsibilities

* Drive scaffolding operations with a focus on safety, adhering to industry standards and ARAMCO directives, under the guidance of the scaffolding foreman/supervisor. * Collaborate with team members to execute daily scaffolding tasks, ensuring equipment and tools are inspected and utilized safely, and scaffolding is securely fixed in place. * Champion compliance with departmental policies, processes, and procedures to maintain a controlled and consistent work environment. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, driving sustainability, productivity, and cost reduction in scaffolding systems, processes, and practices. * Support the preparation of accurate and timely reports, aligning with departmental requirements, policies, and quality standards. * Prioritize health and safety, staying informed about relevant rules and regulations, and promoting safe working practices. * Develop and maintain expertise in the use of scaffolding tools and equipment, ensuring competence in assigned tasks. * Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including the scaffolding supervisor and inspector, to ensure effective communication and direction. * Operate within established frameworks and boundaries, making decisions under the supervision of the scaffolding supervisor/foreman, to ensure safe and proper scaffolding activities. * Leverage analytical thinking and result-oriented skills to optimize scaffolding operations and achieve desired outcomes.
