Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead customer relationships through regular communication across multiple channels, including phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media, to foster trust and loyalty.
* Drive issue resolution by promptly addressing customer complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary, and ensuring seamless experiences across all touchpoints.
* Design and execute targeted loyalty and engagement campaigns to encourage repeat investment, referrals, and long-term retention, while collecting valuable feedback and insights.
* Collaborate on marketing initiatives, both online and offline, and craft compelling graphics and designs for social media, promotional materials, and customer communications using tools like Canva.
* Analyze customer interactions and track key performance indicators, such as response time, engagement, and retention, to inform data-driven decisions and optimize customer experiences.
* Manage and maintain accurate customer databases and CRM systems, generating insightful reports on customer feedback and activity to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
* Proactively identify at-risk customers and develop strategic retention plans to mitigate churn and ensure continued growth.
* Facilitate social media engagement, responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner to uphold the company's reputation and build brand loyalty.
