Sr. Executive - Accounts & Finance

* Spearhead daily accounting operations, driving accuracy and efficiency in voucher management, ledger posting, and cash/bank transactions. * Oversee and maintain precise cash books, ensuring seamless record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations. * Architect cash management strategies to optimize liquidity, aligning with budgetary and operational requirements. * Drive financial data accuracy, ensuring timely and precise recording of purchases, expenses, and other transactions. * Develop and maintain comprehensive payment and receipt statements, providing actionable insights to senior management. * Lead bank reconciliation efforts, ensuring alignment between bank statements and company records to minimize discrepancies. * Ensure adherence to tax and VAT regulations, managing deductions at source and other tax obligations to mitigate risk. * Manage client ledger reconciliation, confirming balances and ensuring seamless financial interactions. * Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the organization, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing financial processes. * Champion timely and accurate data entry in accounting software (TALLY), driving financial transparency and compliance. * Design and deliver financial reports and insights, providing stakeholders with actionable data to inform business decisions. * Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned by top management, demonstrating adaptability and a growth mindset.
