Junior Medical Officer

* Spearhead the recruitment process by assessing new workers' age, health, and fitness to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. * Champion employee well-being by providing regular medical check-ups for pregnant workers and childcare babies, and ensuring proper treatment for all employees. * Deliver exceptional patient care by attending to medical needs, prescribing medication, and offering expert advice to promote health and wellness. * Drive health and safety initiatives by conducting periodic checks and providing training on first aid, health, and hygiene procedures to workers and staff. * Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for pregnant mothers, first aid treatment, and health and hygiene best practices. * Manage and maintain accurate records, including daily treatment registers, accident and injury reports, and medicine stock inventories. * Ensure seamless documentation of medical records, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory standards. * Respond swiftly to medical emergencies, providing immediate intervention and stabilization when necessary. * Collaborate with management to recommend sick leave for workers and staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Represent the company during compliance audits, articulately expressing duties and responsibilities to auditors. * Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management, working a standard 6-day week.
