Key Responsibilities

* Drive HR analytics and reporting excellence by designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic dashboards that track key workforce metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment. * Deliver strategic insights through monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc analytical reports, presenting findings to senior management and governance committees to inform evidence-based decision-making. * Architect and implement automated reporting processes, leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven tools to minimize manual intervention, enhance efficiency, and ensure data accuracy. * Lead data governance efforts, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of HR data across all systems, including HRIS, DMS, attendance, and payroll. * Manage and maintain HR datasets, conducting regular audits to identify discrepancies and ensuring timely correction and compliance with organizational standards. * Collaborate with IT/MIS teams to optimize HR systems, dashboards, and automation frameworks, driving digital transformation and process improvement within HR functions. * Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation, implementing solutions that enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness. * Foster stakeholder engagement, coordinating with HR units to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting, and providing analytical support to leadership for strategic planning and decision-making. * Provide exceptional data support, responding to internal stakeholder requests in a timely and professional manner, and driving a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
  • Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

Additional

  • 7-8 years of relevant experience in HR analytics, MIS, reporting, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data modeling).
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power Bl, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Solid understanding of HR metrics and workforce analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of database concepts and data structures (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
