* Drive the implementation of school feeding programs in Cox's Bazar, providing technical assistance to local government education offices, schools, and teachers to ensure effective delivery of program activities. * Architect capacity-strengthening initiatives for government education officials and master trainers, focusing on teachers' professional development in instructional methods and library management. * Deliver training sessions for teachers on Bangla instruction, library activities, and extracurricular initiatives, including Training of Trainers (ToT) and on-site support. * Manage the organization of training sessions for education officials and vendors on supply chain management related to the government-implemented school feeding program. * Oversee school-level training and orientations, providing technical and capacity-strengthening support to schools in implementing health and nutrition initiatives, such as annual health check-ups and deworming campaigns. * Facilitate quarterly meetings with headteachers and master trainers to review progress, address challenges, and identify support needs, ensuring continuous improvement and program effectiveness. * Lead school visits to monitor and ensure the continuation of best practices from previous programs, establishing strong liaison and coordination with District and Upazila Education Offices. * Contribute to the implementation of school feeding activities in Rohingya refugee camps in Cox's Bazar and Bhasan Char, supporting the overall program goals and objectives.
