Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead sustainability initiatives, fostering a culture of environmental stewardship and ethical business practices across all operations. • Architect operational excellence, driving efficiency gains, process simplification, and enhanced organizational performance. • Oversee laboratory equipment calibration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless collaboration with external agencies. • Champion customer-centricity, resolving complaints promptly and driving continuous improvement to exceed customer expectations. • Pioneer R&D efforts, elevating product quality and introducing groundbreaking solutions that drive business growth. • Design, deploy, and maintain SOPs, ensuring consistent product quality and adherence to rigorous standards. • Provide actionable insights, analyzing and reporting quality data to inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes. • Conduct daily quality assurance reviews, implementing corrective actions and ensuring prompt issue resolution. • Uncover cost-saving opportunities, driving process enhancements and optimizing departmental efficiency. • Develop and manage annual departmental budgets, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure fiscal responsibility. • Foster strategic partnerships with SCM, securing high-quality raw materials and additives that meet exacting standards. • Develop and lead high-performing quality teams, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities that fuel growth and excellence. • Craft succession plans and talent pipelines, ensuring business continuity, growth, and a strong leadership bench. • Innovate cost-effective quality solutions, boosting operational efficiency while maintaining unwavering quality standards. • Streamline departmental workflows, leveraging ERP system integration to enhance data management, productivity, and transparency. • Orchestrate departmental planning, monitoring, and control, aligning with annual objectives and driving progress toward strategic goals. • Inspire and motivate teams, driving performance excellence, employee engagement, and growth through regular coaching, feedback, and recognition.
