Assistant Manager - Procurement

* Spearhead comprehensive procurement operations, driving cost efficiency, vendor governance, and policy compliance while delivering strategic sourcing solutions that empower business units. * Architect and execute end-to-end procurement processes, from requirement validation to final delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration with business teams. * Foster strategic partnerships with vendors, leveraging competitive sourcing initiatives to secure best-in-class value, quality, and timelines. * Develop and manage a high-performing vendor network through rigorous onboarding, evaluation, and performance monitoring. * Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, securing favorable commercial terms that unlock cost savings and operational efficiencies. * Design and present data-driven business cases to stakeholders, obtaining timely approvals and ensuring informed decision-making. * Oversee the issuance and management of Purchase Orders, defining clear terms and service expectations. * Analyze procurement spend, identifying areas for cost optimization and driving strategic initiatives to achieve savings. * Ensure seamless coordination with Finance teams for Goods Receipt and vendor payments, maintaining strong governance and audit readiness. * Proactively monitor vendor performance, resolving service or delivery issues and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. * Deliver actionable insights through procurement performance reports, highlighting spend, savings, and strategic opportunities. * Drive process improvements and automation initiatives, enhancing the speed, agility, and effectiveness of procurement operations.
