Quality Controller (QC)

* Drive quality excellence by monitoring production processes and inspecting in-line and end-line production to detect defects or non-conformities. * Architect quality standards by ensuring knitting, linking, trimming, dyeing, washing, and finishing processes align with buyer standards and technical specifications. * Collaborate with production teams to proactively resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. * Manage quality inspection reports, including daily reports and audit records, to track defects and ensure timely corrective actions. * Lead rework and repair efforts to rectify defects and ensure compliance with buyer requirements and AQL standards. * Conduct thorough pre-final and final inspections of factory production to guarantee quality and compliance. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with buying and merchandising teams through clear communication of product quality and inspection reports. * Approve samples for bulk production and oversee consistency throughout the production process. * Mentor and guide factory QC teams to enhance their skills and knowledge. * Identify and mitigate quality risks by reporting potential issues and recommending preventive measures to buyers and management. * Support product development by ensuring quality feasibility in the sampling stage and driving continuous improvement.
