Assistant Manager - Material Control Department (For Narayanganj Factory)

* Architect and execute a comprehensive material receiving plan, ensuring seamless storage and record-keeping in accordance with established SOPs. * Drive inventory management by planning, monitoring, and documenting transactions to guarantee accuracy and compliance. * Design and maintain optimal storage facilities, implementing classification and codification systems to streamline inventory control. * Analyze and mitigate sales of leftover and wastage materials, maintaining meticulous records to inform future strategies. * Champion quality processes under the QMS framework, encompassing material inspection, storage, issuance, and other critical functions. * Collaborate with the MCD team to minimize material wastage and delays, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery. * Oversee the timely receipt and issuance of materials, aligning with planned schedules to meet business objectives. * Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams through training, coaching, and performance evaluations to drive business success. * Foster a culture of accountability by monitoring daily routines, work actions, and providing constructive feedback to subordinates. * Ensure adherence to Epyllion Group policies, buyer requirements, and local laws, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity. * Develop and implement functional reporting, goal alignment, and performance evaluation processes to drive continuous improvement. * Conduct regular GEMBA walks and process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. * Identify and address process deviations, collaborating with the team to implement corrective measures and maintain operational excellence. * Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to inform strategic decision-making. * Guarantee on-time delivery of cut kits to the sewing section, meeting demand and driving production efficiency. * Align all processes with the EOS framework, ensuring strategic objectives are met and business goals are achieved.
