Field Support Executive (Technical Department)

* Drive technical excellence by delivering on-site and remote support to corporate and residential customers, resolving issues related to operating systems, network connectivity, and internet links. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IP, VIP, and VVIP individuals, to ensure seamless service delivery and business continuity. * Architect and maintain comprehensive documentation of network infrastructure, user accounts, task assignments, and equipment inventory to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. * Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to customers. * Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring prompt and professional service to customers across multiple locations, including Mirasharai, Patenga, CTG Airport, and Oxygen areas.
