Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead project management and manpower allocation to drive efficiency and productivity. • Architect and oversee design and drawing processes, ensuring seamless coordination with consultants and cross-functional teams. • Apply in-depth knowledge of industry standards, including BNBC 2020, ACI, and ASTM, to inform design and construction decisions. • Develop and implement effective strategies for ETP, STP, and WTP systems, ensuring compliance and optimal performance. • Foster strong relationships with government authorities, navigating regulatory requirements with ease. • Drive construction projects forward, leveraging expertise in finishing works, basement construction, and high-rise building development. • Oversee electro-mechanical systems, ensuring integration and functionality. • Lead high-performing teams, utilizing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and inspire. • Excel in time management and leadership, prioritizing tasks and guiding teams to achieve project goals. • Develop and manage comprehensive documentation, including bills, MB, and other engineering formats, to ensure transparency and accountability. • Prepare and implement work programs, reports, and other critical documents, driving project success. • Thrive in fast-paced environments, working effectively under pressure and adapting to changing project requirements. • Implement robust quality assurance and control systems, ensuring exceptional standards and compliance. • Analyze and report on project performance, utilizing ERP systems and other reporting tools to inform data-driven decisions. • Leverage advanced computer skills, including AutoCAD, to drive design and construction innovation. • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, providing training and development opportunities to enhance worker skills and retention.

Education

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering
  • Diploma in Civil
