* Lead security teams to achieve exceptional performance and adherence to protocols in designated areas * Architect effective guard deployment strategies to maximize coverage and minimize risks * Drive operational excellence through regular site audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement * Oversee the recruitment, training, and deployment of new security personnel to ensure seamless integration * Develop and submit comprehensive daily and weekly operational reports to stakeholders * Foster strong relationships with clients and head office through proactive communication and liaison activities
