Key Responsibilities
* Architect and execute strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and alignment with company objectives.
* Lead the development and implementation of HR processes, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
* Drive the recruitment process, from candidate identification to onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of new hires.
* Foster a positive work environment by implementing effective management strategies, promoting employee engagement, and encouraging open communication.
* Develop and enforce HR policies, manuals, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Manage employee data, records, and compliance documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
* Analyze training needs, develop manpower plans, and create budgets to support business objectives.
* Resolve employee conflicts and grievances, applying disciplinary actions when necessary, in accordance with labor laws.
* Collaborate with top management to address HR-related issues and implement directives.
* Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
* Support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees, and track key metrics.
* Compile data for salary reviews, internal reward programs, and employee engagement events, providing insights to inform business decisions.
* Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement events that promote skill development and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
Education
- Masters
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
- BBA major in HRM
